If you tell people to eat things they don’t like and give up what they do like, there’s a good chance they’ll never lose weight and stay healthy. Happiness has to be part of the equation when it comes to good health. These days, it’s a lot easier to choose to eat and do things that make us fat and sick. The new Colorado Center for Health and Wellness aims to get people to start living healthy and like it. It’s slated to open this spring at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. Ryan Warner speaks with the center’s executive director Jim Hill.
